Before you subscribe

One professional, one full payment
Every period has the same Solo features for one professional. Six and twelve months are paid upfront, not a free trial or monthly installments. The monthly equivalent is for comparison only.
Renewal and cancellation
The full amount shown for your period repeats at each renewal until cancelled. Review the final total, any tax and renewal terms in Stripe before confirming. Use Manage subscription before the next renewal to stop future charges.
Refunds and account deletion
Cancelling renewal does not request a refund. A request to delete your account also does not cancel a subscription. Manage renewal separately; see the Refund Policy for billing errors and refund requests.
Launch region and currency
The current launch is for US businesses, with software prices in USD. Changing the interface language does not change the currency or country availability. Stripe shows eligible recurring payment methods; not every bank, wallet or country is supported.
Separate costs and usage
Appointment payments and Stripe processing fees are separate from your Bloomly subscription. Your bank may charge currency-conversion fees. The prepaid discount does not include unlimited SMS or AI; confirm the available allowance and any separate costs before purchase. No automatic usage charges are enabled.

Pilot access

Solo is for one professional. Six-month and annual savings require full payment upfront; they are not free trials. Pilot access is separate and does not start an automatic charge.

Messages have a real cost

SMS and AI usage are separate from the prepaid software discount. The proposed Solo messaging allowance is not a promise of unlimited texts or AI. Final terms must define segments, replies, monthly limits and optional extra usage. No automatic usage charges are enabled.

Review before subscribing

Only verified offers enabled in your account can be purchased. Confirm the total, renewal period, cancellation and any separate costs before payment. Salon team access remains a separate package; Premium retention tools and support commitments are planned.

Your salon remains in control of its money.

Appointment payments belong to the salon. The salon connects its own Stripe account, appears on client receipts and manages refunds, disputes and payouts. Processing fees and payout eligibility follow the salon’s Stripe agreement. A higher Bloomly plan does not guarantee faster payouts.
